At Drake’s Animal Adventure, our animal ambassadors are the heart of what we do. Each of our animals plays a vital role in helping us educate and inspire the community about wildlife, conservation, and the value of responsible animal care. Most of our animals are rescues, given a second chance at life and a forever home where they are safe, loved, and appreciated.
From scaly reptiles and fuzzy mammals to curious birds, our animals are specially selected for their gentle temperaments and ability to connect with people of all ages. Every ambassador is part of our mission to spark curiosity, teach STEM-based lessons, and build empathy through hands-on experiences.
What Makes Our Animals Special?
🐾 Rescue Stories: Many of our animals were surrendered or in need of a home. With patience and care, they've become confident, calm educators.
🐢 Safe & Socialized: All of our ambassadors are accustomed to being handled and are trained for safe interactions at events.
🌿 Natural Teachers: Each animal helps illustrate concepts in biology, ecology, conservation, and environmental science—perfect for schools, daycares, and curious kids.
